Sega Service Centre (SSC) is leading the way in customer service and satisfaction. Delivering premier In-house repairs & technical support the team provides much-needed support to their customers and distributors worldwide. Keeping machine downtime to a minimum the team works rapidly to get the majority of repairs turned around within two days offering a 90-day workmanship guarantee on all repaired boards.

SSC operate a high-tech outfit utilising diagnostic tools and infrared rework systems enabling them to work through the most complex logic problems to a successful resolve. Combine that with a full range of dedicated test fixtures the technical specialists are equipped to handle diagnostics and repairs on all Sega games, as well as a plethora of games manufactured by ICE, Triotech, Komuse, Wahlap, Simuline plus many more.

The support team are on hand and ready to deal with all technical and setup enquiries with customer’s new and used machines. All enquiries are handled by fully trained Sega engineers with the faculty to remotely walk service engineers through onsite fault finding and repairs. If a resolution cannot be achieved remotely, SSC will offer a ‘Repair & Return’ service or ‘Advance Replace’ the part where possible. ‘Advance Replacement’ can be offered on many computers and PCB’s from Sega, ICE, Triotech, Andamiro and Simuline.

For the month of March SSC can offer repairs to Deal Or No Deal PC’s at just £50 each plus parts if required*.
