EMEA News: How Times Have Changed

When Sega Total Solutions (STS) was formed in 2007, it was to sell Sega spares direct to our customers and make sure that they got the very best in spares sales and customer support.

Now after nine years of trading, STS is much more than just a Sega spare parts company, not that, that alone would be a bad thing.

STS is now one of the largest UK suppliers of redemption tickets, its expanded its spares offering to ICE which it distributes across Europe and Russia, and is the main distributor for Triotech, Komuse, Wahlap, Simuline and Candy Floss machines.

As well as bringing to market its own Change Machines and offering Galileo Ticket Eater, which it keeps in stock so customers get the product just when they need it.

Peter Murphy, General Manager of STS, states that “we have grown this business year on year to a level that we are very pleased with, due to sheer hard work, ability and a passion for what we believe in.”
