Congratulations to all of our Chicagoland Challenge Championship finalists and winners
The Chicagoland Challenge Championship has come and gone, and what an event it was. #4 seed, FAQ, took home first place and his very own Extreme Hunting 2 - Tournament Edition arcade game. In perhaps the surprise of the tournament, #7 seed, MEAT, battled all the way from the "play-in" round to take home second place and a brand new HDTV. On-line semi-finals champion and #1 seed T-Bone suffered an early second round loss to eventual champion, FAQ, but battled all the way back to take home third place and his very own Xbox 360 prize package.
I want to thank all the competitors, spectators and everyone else who made this such a big and successful event. A special thanks goes out to host of the after party, Q101’s Fook, entertainment The Lady Upstairs, and host of the event, Lamplighters in Palatine.
