Your Hot Rod will have many different terrains such as ice and sand to drive over which will effect the vehicle. You can win money each race and this will allow you to upgrade your vehicle with spiked tires, bigger exhausts, spoilers etc. You also get to take shortcuts and grab power-ups like extra fuel. If you can avoid the oil slicks and leave your opponents behind they will pop off the back of the screen and receive a penalty.
